Colleen Caslin is a luxury industry executive, currently serving as President of Sidney Garber Jewelry in New York since July 2023. Collaborating with owner Brooke Garber, she has driven double-digit growth of 40% in FY24 H1 by shifting the brand from product-centric to customer-centric. With expertise in omni-channel luxury retail, Colleen expanded international distribution, enhanced merchandising strategies, and strengthened the supply chain to boost production capacity.

Previously, Colleen was CEO at Jessica McCormack, where she transformed the brand, achieving over 1,000% sales growth in five years. She has also held senior roles at Verdura, Belperron, Graff USA, and Seaman Schepps, along with key positions at Movado Group, Asprey & Garrard, Chaumet, and Tiffany & Co. An advisor to the Retail Summit and a member of the International Women’s Forum UK, Colleen is recognized for her leadership in luxury and mentoring emerging talent in the industry.
